We set off for Erfoud, where we’ll explore a fascinating fossil factory, showcasing the region’s rich geological history. Continuing our exploration, we visit the bustling souk in Rissani, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local atmosphere. As the day unfolds, we venture deeper into the desert until we reach a charming desert hotel nestled near the Erg Chebbi Sahara dunes. Tonight, enjoy a delicious dinner and settle in for an overnight stay, preparing for the desert experience that awaits.

  • DAY 2: MERZOUGA DESERT - TODRA - DADES GORGES

Rise early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over the Sahara desert, a breathtaking spectacle of shifting colors and dancing shadows across the dunes. After capturing this unforgettable moment, return to the hotel/riad for a hearty breakfast and a refreshing shower. Our journey continues as we make our way to Ouarzazate via Rissani, with a stop in Erfoud to visit a marble fossil workshop, renowned for its fossilized marbles. Next, we’ll explore the stunning Todra Gorges, offering opportunities for leisurely walks and independent exploration. Continuing our adventure, we journey to the Dades Valley, where we’ll check into a hotel/riad for the night.

  • DAY 3: DADES GORGES - SKOURA - AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH

After breakfast, we embark on a scenic exploration of the Valley of Roses and Skoura, followed by a visit to the historic Kasbah of Taourirt in Ouarzazate and the renowned film studios. Our journey then leads us to the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its Berber architecture and featured in numerous films. Take in panoramic views of the ancient caravan trails and distant peaks of the High Atlas Mountains from this hilltop village. Following our exploration, we drive through the majestic High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech, where we bid you farewell and drop you off at your hotel, marking the end of our memorable journey.
