Before venturing deeper into the desert, enjoy a leisurely stop at a local café in Ouarzazate. Then, proceed to the enchanting Dades Valley, where a serene private guesthouse awaits your arrival.   • DAY 2 : BOUMALNE DADES VALLEY – TINGHIR - TODRA GORGE – MERZOUGA.

Our journey continues into the breathtaking landscape of the Todra Gorge on day two of this remarkable desert excursion from Marrakech to Fez. This well-maintained area boasts asphalt roads that guide visitors through the expansive canyon, where you’ll encounter rock climbers, eager sightseers gazing up at the towering cliffs, and occasional flooding from the Dades River.

Following a delightful lunch, which can be savored at any of the charming cafes en route, we proceed to Merzouga, our final destination for the day and the pinnacle of our desert adventure. Embarking on a camel ride through the golden sands of the desert evokes scenes straight out of cinematic epics like Lawrence of Arabia. Our journey culminates with a camel trek to the Berber desert camp, traversing the majestic dunes of Erg Chebbi. While walking alongside our guides is an option, you’ll quickly discover that the camel ride offers the most effortless and exhilarating experience of desert travel.

Overnight Stay in a Desert Camp Tonight, we rest under the vast desert sky in traditional Berber desert tents. As you enjoy a delectable evening meal beneath the twinkling stars, accompanied by the soothing rhythms of Moroccan drums, immerse yourself in the ambiance of the desert.   • DAY 3 : MERZOUGA – MIDELT – IFRANE – FEZ

On the final day of our desert tour from Marrakech to Fez, we bid farewell to the serene desert landscape as our camels gracefully carry us back to Merzouga. From there, we embark on a journey towards one of the world’s cleanest and most captivating cities.

Ifrane, often referred to as “Little Switzerland” within Morocco, awaits nestled high in the Atlas Mountains, where winter snowfall is not uncommon. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy lunch in Ifrane, or alternatively, depending on the schedule, we may opt to stop over in the picturesque Ziz Valley.

Traveling in our modern, air-conditioned transport, we traverse the scenic Ziz Valley, renowned for its dramatic gorges, reddish-gold dunes, and mesmerizing oases within the Tafilalt region. Marvel at the lush canopy of palm trees flourishing along cliff faces, amidst rose-tinted golden sandstone buildings, and the meandering gorges that adorn this picturesque valley.

Our captivating journey concludes with the road to Fez, where we anticipate arriving in the vibrant city around 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. Here, we’ll ensure your drop-off at your hotel or chosen riad in Fez, marking the end of an unforgettable adventure.
